Framlingham is also a pleasant 6-mile cycle ride from Wickham Market station. Its castle is the largest in Suffolk, overlooking a recently restored mere, with Framlingham College across the valley. An interesting church dominates the town centre with its Market Hill and a good range of shops, eating and drinking places.
